Year 5 pupils had the exciting opportunity to take part in Beckfoot School’s annual Sports Day. The event offered not only a chance to get active and have fun, but also to connect with the wider Beckfoot community and gain a potential glimpse into the next stage in their educational journey.
From cheering on students in thrilling races to meeting welcoming members of Beckfoot’s staff team, our pupils threw themselves into the day with energy and enthusiasm. Their positive attitude and team spirit were a true reflection of the Beckfoot Priestthorpe values we see every day.
A large number of our Year 5s will be applying to the school next year. As a priority feeder school, our families can feel reassured that their children have a clear and supported pathway to one of the region’s Outstanding secondary schools.
The smiles, laughter, and sense of belonging seen throughout the day made it clear: our pupils are more than ready to take the next step in their education, and we couldn’t be prouder.
