Raising Concerns or a Complaint
We aim to resolve any issues that parents/carers may have initially and initially a parent/carer should contact school to make an appointment to discuss their concerns with the relevant member of staff. In most cases, concerns are dealt with successfully at this informal level.
If the concern remains unsolved or there is a lack of action, you can raise a complaint, the policy document below explains our complaints process in full.
