Year 4 Trip to Leeds City Museum Anglo Saxons workshop
Dear Parents/Carers Year 4
To link with our History topic, Anglo Saxons, we have booked an amazing trip to Leeds City Museum to teach us more about these ancient people!
The children will be able to handle Anglo Saxon artefacts and even have a go at embossing their own broach. They will learn all about how England changed when the Romans left as well as being able to explore the museum and all of its wonderful exhibitions.
The date for this is Wednesday 17 January 2024 and we will be gone for the whole day returning to school at approximately 3.30pm. The cost for the trip is £7.15 (including the train to Leeds and the museum activities/workshop). If the cost of the trip is not covered, we will have to cancel it.
All payment, permission, and lunch orders, should you wish to order from FM Catering, to be made via ParentPay. This must be received by Friday 12 January 2024.
